Ingredients

1 small pkg. chocolate pudding*
1 egg, separated
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla or almond extract (optional)
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

*If using large package, use a deep dish pie shell.
