Coconut Macaroons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 egg whites, room temp.
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Mix together flour, sugar and salt.
    Beat till stiff egg whites.
    Fold in dry ingredients, vanilla and coconut.
    Drop on greased sheet.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20-25 mins.
    If doubled, will make approx. 40.
