Easy Chicken In Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 whole chicken breasts, cut in halves
    1 c. Burgundy wine
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 tsp. powdered ginger
    1/4 tsp. oregano leaves, crushed
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Place chicken breasts in one layer in a shallow baking pan. Mix together all other ingredients.
    Pour sauce over chicken. Cover with foil. Refrigerate. Spoon sauce over chicken a couple of times.
