Apple Crisps - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 1/2 to 6 c. cored, sliced apples
3/4 c. quick oats (dry)
3/4 to 1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 to 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. butter or margarine
Preparation

Arrange apples in a buttered 8-inch square pan.
Combine oats, sugar, flour and cinnamon.
Cut butter into mixture until crumbly. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over apple slices.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
