Celery Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 large tomatoes
10 large onions
3 red sweet peppers
4 stalks celery, cut fine
3 Tbsp. salt
3 c. vinegar
4 c. sugar
Preparation
-
Put tomatoes, onions and peppers through food chopper. Combine with other ingredients; cook over low heat until thick. This takes about all day.
Put in jars.
