Ingredients

1 c. cooked rice
3 c. milk, scalded
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
cinnamon
Preparation

Slightly beat eggs with sugar, salt and vanilla.
Gradually add hot milk, to eggs; stir in rice.
Pour into baking dish.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and set dish in pan of hot water.
Bake in 325\u00b0 oven until set, about 40 minutes.
Do not overbake.
