Honey Glazed Chicken - cooking recipe

chicken breasts, halved, skinned and de-boned
4 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

In a large skillet melt margarine; add honey, mustard, curry powder and salt. Mix well to blend. Place chicken in baking dish and pour honey mixture over the top. Turn chicken to coat on both sides. Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for one hour; baste often.
