Company Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium sized potatoes, sliced
    8 oz cream cheese
    8 oz sour cream
    4 tbsp margarine
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    salt and pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until tender.
    Cream margarine, sour cream and cream cheese.
    Add hot, drained potatoes and beat until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste and them add onion.
    Put in a well greased two-quart baking dish.
    Sprinkle paprika on top and bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
