Hot Cheese And Crab Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
    8 oz. American cheese, shredded
    1/3 c. milk
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crab meat, flaked and cartilage removed
Preparation
    Melt cheese and milk in medium saucepan or microwave, stirring to smooth consistency.
    Stir in crabmeat and wine.
    Heat through. Serve hot with crackers or party rye.
