Cottage Cheese Salad Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carton cottage cheese
    1 small pkg. lime-flavored gelatin
    1 c. hot water
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 c. green pepper, diced
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
    Chill until partially set. Blend in mayonnaise.
    Fold in celery, green pepper and cottage cheese.
    Pour into a 4-cup ring mold.
    Chill until firm.
    Unmold on lettuce.
