Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. white sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. ground nutmeg
    3 c. grated carrots
    1 c. chopped pecans
