Layered Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. chopped lettuce
    1 c. chopped red cabbage
    2 c. chopped tomatoes
    1 large can water chestnuts, sliced
    1 large green pepper, sliced
    1 large red onion, sliced
    cauliflower (pull apart)
    broccoli (pull apart)
    1 can sweet peas
Preparation
    Place lettuce in a 3-quart glass dish. Top lettuce with tomatoes (make layers). Next green pepper, red cabbage, water chestnuts, broccoli, red onion, cauliflower.
    Just arrange it colorfully.
    Use your favorite salad dressing.
    Creamy Italian is great.
