Zesty Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. sauerkraut, rinsed
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 medium onions, chopped
    2 bacon slices, crumbled
    8 oz. beer
    2 Tbsp. molasses
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    1/2 green or red pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Saute onion and pepper in butter.
    Broil bacon and crumble. Rinse sauerkraut and place in baking dish.
    Add the beer, molasses and mustard to onions, peppers and bacon.
    Cook and stir for 3 minutes.
    Pour over sauerkraut and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
