Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. corn meal
1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/4 c. bacon grease
1 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
1 c. cream style corn
1 c. bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a large greased iron skillet or a 11 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.
