Good Friday Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 stick butter or oleo
    1 c. finely chopped onion
    1 c. regular rice
    1 can beef broth
    1 can chicken broth
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter until golden and limp.
    Add rice and saute until golden.
    Pour in cans of broth and mix well.
    Bake in a 2-quart casserole at 350\u00b0 for approximately 40 to 45 minutes or until liquid is absorbed (microwave approximately 15 minutes).
