Sour Cream And Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pkg. medium noodles
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. Philadelphia cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    6 green onions, chopped
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Cook noodles as directed; rinse and drain.
    Brown meat; add salt, pepper and garlic salt, then tomato sauce.
    Simmer 5 minutes; combine cheese, sour cream, onions and noodles.
    In a 2-quart casserole, alternate layers of noodle mixture and meat, beginning with noodles and ending with meat.
    Top with Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
