Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. mushrooms
1 clove garlic, minced
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 small onion, minced
1 Tbsp. parsley
salt to taste
pepper to taste
3 Tbsp. melted butter
6 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation

Wash and clean mushrooms, remove stems and mince.
To stems, add garlic, bread crumbs, cheese, onion, salt and pepper, parsley, butter and half of olive oil and mix well.
Stuff mushroom caps, use remaining oil to grease baking pan and drizzle over tops of mushrooms.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
