Baked Spanish Rice(6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 bacon slices
    1 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/3 c. regular long grain rice
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In 12-inch skillet, over medium heat, fry bacon crisp; drain on paper towels.
    Crumble and set aside.
