Saucy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1/2 c. Italian dressing
    1/4 c. water or white wine or combination of both
    3 1/2 lb. chicken breasts, cut into serving size pieces
Preparation
    In a glass 9 x 13-inch pan, combine soup mix, dressing and liquid.
    Mix well.
    Place chicken pieces in sauce.
    Turn to coat each piece.
    Cover.
    Microwave 9 1/2 minutes per pound at 70% power.
    Rearrange chicken piece halfway through cooking time.
    Let stand 3 to 5 minutes, covered.
    Serve with rice, buttered noodles or stuffing.
