Spaghetti Crusted Ground Turkey Pie - cooking recipe

6 oz. uncooked spaghetti, broken in half
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2/3 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. butter or oleo
1 lb. ground turkey
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. dried oregano
3/4 c. chopped green pepper (or celery may be used)
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (4 oz.)
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook spaghetti as directed on package and drain.
Mix eggs, Parmesan cheese and warm spaghetti.
Pour into generously buttered 9 x 1 1/4-inch pie plate.
Pat in bottom and up sides to rim with back of spoon.
Spread sour cream over bottom.
Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Heat margarine over medium-high heat until melted.
Crumble turkey into skillet.
Add bell pepper and onion.
Cook until turkey is no longer pink; drain.
Add tomato sauce, garlic salt and oregano.
Simmer 10 minutes, uncovered.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Spoon mixture over sour cream.
Cover with aluminum foil. Bake 25 minutes.
Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top and bake until melted.
