Pretzel Salad - cooking recipe

1 c. crushed pretzels
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Mix together pretzels, butter and 1/2 cup sugar and put in 5 or 6 cup bowl.
Cool.
Mix cream cheese and sugar.
Fold in Cool Whip. Mix. Pour over pretzels.
Cool.
