Hash And Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can corned beef hash
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 egg, beaten
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Mix hash, onion and egg together.
    Prepare muffin mix as directed on package.
    Add salt and cheese.
    Spread half the batter in greased 8-inch square or round baking dish.
    Spread on hash mixture.
    Top with remaining batter.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 25 minutes until corn bread is golden brown.
