Hearty Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 oz. yeast
    1 heaping c. lukewarm water
    4 Tbsp. honey
    7 to 8 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 to 1/2 c. dry milk
    2 to 3 Tbsp. salt
    2 big handfuls unprocessed bran
    dash of wheat germ
    1 part whole wheat flour
    3 parts bread flour
Preparation
    Soften yeast in lukewarm water with honey.
    Melt margarine in saucepan.
    Cool slightly.
    When yeast is bubbly, add 4 more heaping cups warm water, milk, salt, the melted shortening, bran and wheat germ.
    Mix and add flours (the total amount will equal almost 5 pounds of flour).
    Knead well.
    Place in a warm place in greased bowl.
