Oven Barbecued Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lg. halves, chicken breasts
    1/2 c. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 c. catsup
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. sherry wine
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/3 c. diced onions
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp margarine
    1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Dredge chicken breasts in flour to which salt and pepper is added.
    Heat mixture of oil and margarine in skillet.
    Place chicken in the hot oil, turning to a light brown.
    Arrange pieces in a lightly greased baking dish.
    Blend and heat all ingredients for the sauce, pour over chicken.
    Cover and bake 325 for about 1 1/2 hour or until chicken is tender.
    Serves 4.
