Delicious Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1 unbaked pie crust
    3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1/3 c. white sugar
    1/4 c. chilled margarine, cut into 6 pieces
    6 c. sliced peaches
Preparation
    Beat egg white until foamy.
    Brush over the bottom and sides of pastry.
    In a small bowl combine flour and sugars.
    Cut in margarine until mixture resembles fine crumbs.
    Sprinkle 2/3 into bottom of pastry.
    Top with peaches.
    Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until filling is bubbly and peaches are tender.
