Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. Crisco
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix first four ingredients.
    Mix in shortening.
    Beat together egg, water and vinegar.
    Add to flour mixture and work well.
    Can leave in sealed Tupperware container in refrigerator for a week.
    (I have frozen it.)
