Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 potatoes, cubed
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped pimento
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cut potatoes into small cubes and boil until just tender. Drain and add onion, salt and pepper.
    Combine vinegar, 1/3 cup mayonnaise and 2 tablespoons of hot water.
    Add mixture to warm potatoes and let cool.
    Add green peppers, pimento, celery and the other 1/2 cup mayonnaise to potato mixture and mix well.
    Chill.
