Quick Veggie Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans Italian style stewed tomatoes
    2 (13 3/4 oz.) cans beef broth
    2 (14 oz.) cans mixed vegetables
    1/2 or 1 c. uncooked medium egg noodles
    1/2 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    In large pot, brown meat and onion.
    Cook until onion is tender.
    Drain; salt and pepper to taste.
    Put in remaining ingredients; stir.
    Bring to boil.
    Reduce heat; simmer, covered, for 15 minutes, or until noodles are tender.
    Makes 6 servings.
