Fresh Pear Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. grated pears
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine pears, sugar and pecans.
    Set aside for 1 hour.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Butter and flour large tube pan. Using wooden spoon, stir into pear mixture the oil, vanilla and eggs.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Bake 1 hour.
