Joe'S Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 well beaten eggs
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. almond extract
3 c. sour cream

Preparation

Combine ingredients, except sour cream.
Beat until smooth, blending in sour cream.
Pour into graham or nut crust, trim with reserved crumbs.
Bake in moderate (375\u00b0) oven for 35 minutes or until just set.
Let cool with oven door open.
Do not overheat or cool too rapidly.
Chill well.
