Garlic Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole head garlic
1 c. strained yogurt
1 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 375\u00b0. Slice about 1/2-inch off the top of the garlic. Wrap it in aluminum foil and bake for 35 minutes. Remove foil and press until all flesh squeezes out. You should have 1 heaping tablespoonful of puree. Mix it with the yogurt, parsley, black pepper and salt.
