Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. peeled and sliced thin zucchini
    1 c. Bisquick mix
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. parsley
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 clove garlic
Preparation
    Mix all together and pour into greased pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. This
    can be frozen and taken out when needed.
