Ingredients

2 lbs. grouper or similar fish
juice from about 5 limes
5 cloves garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. oregano
2 cans coconut milk, unsweetened
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 14 oz. can tomatoes
2 chicken stock cubes
parsley
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine lime juice, oregano and half the garlic.
Marinate the fish in this for at least 1/2 hour.
