Homemade Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. tomato pulp or 1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. diced onions
    2 tsp. chopped garlic
    1 bay leaf
    1 tsp. Italian seasonings
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Saute onion in oil until limp.
    Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 30 minutes.
    Add cooked meat, if desired.
