Artichoke And Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 to 1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 can artichoke hearts (not marinated), drained and cut up
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook spinach.
    Saute onion in butter.
    Mix spinach, onion, artichoke hearts, sour cream and 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese in a casserole dish.
    Add pepper and toss well.
    Put remaining 1/4 cup cheese on top.
    Bake, covered, at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
