Yum Yum Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can crushed pineapple (juice included)
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon or lime Jell-O
    1 c. shredded cheese
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. cold water
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Boil pineapple and sugar together.
    Add Jell-O; when dissolved, add cup water.
    Refrigerate until almost jelled; add cheese, Cool Whip and nuts.
