Mississippi Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup dark corn syrup
3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs, slightly beaten
3 Tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
Preparation

Boil syrup and sugar together for two minutes.
Pour slowly over eggs and stir well.
Add margarine, vanilla and nuts. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes.
