Beef And Vegetable Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. beef broth
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. teriyaki sauce
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. green pepper, diced
    1 can mushrooms, sliced and drained
    1/4 c. green onions, chopped
    1/2 lb. sirloin steak, cut in bite size pieces
    1 pkg. frozen puff pastry shells
Preparation
    In a small bowl, mix beef broth with cornstarch and teriyaki sauce; set aside.
    In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil over high heat; add mushrooms, green pepper and onions.
    Stir-fry until tender.
    Remove to bowl.
    Add remaining oil and beef; stir-fry until cooked.
    Add beef broth mixture and cook, stirring constantly until thickened.
    Add vegetables.
    Serve in warm pastry shells.
