Crisp Marshmallow Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. marshmallows
    4 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 tsp. vanilla
    6 1/2 c. Malt-O-Meal crispy rice cereal
Preparation
    In a 2-quart saucepan, melt butter and marshmallows over low heat, stirring occasionally until marshmallows are melted.
    Remove from heat; blend in vanilla.
    In a large bowl, add mixture to cereal.
    Stir to coat.
    Spread into buttered 9 x 13-inch pan. Cool completely.
    Cut into bars.
