Ritz Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg whites (stiff)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    24 Ritz crackers
    1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Add 1/2 cup sugar; beat again. Add 1/2 cup more sugar and vanilla.
    Take 24 Ritz crackers and crush into mixture.
    Add chopped pecans.
    Pour into greased pie pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
