Baked Lamb Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 rib loin lamb chops
3 Tbsp. butter
3 c. sliced cucumber
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1 c. sliced onion
4 c. sliced potatoes
2 tsp. salt
2 c. canned tomatoes
Preparation

Brown chops on both sides.
Place in greased casserole.
Pour drippings over meat.
Saute onion in butter until golden brown. Mix onion, potatoes, cucumbers, salt and pepper.
Spread over chops.
Add tomatoes.
Cover.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 2 hours.
