Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal
    2/3 c. buttermilk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 c. cream-style corn
    1/3 c. oil
    2 eggs
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 small can green chili peppers, chopped
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Mix together and pour into hot skillet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Can be made into muffins, also.
