Korean Fried Rice(Bokgeum Bahb) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cold cooked rice
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 thin slices cooked ham
    3 fresh mushrooms, sliced or 4 oz. can mushrooms
    1 green onion, chopped
    1/2 c. small shrimp, canned or frozen, chopped (optional)
    1 tsp. sherry (cooking sherry)
    3 Tbsp. frozen green peas
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    4 Tbsp. oil for frying
Preparation
    Separate cold rice grains with a knife or chopsticks.
    Chop ham into small pieces.
    Rinse frozen green peas under cold water and set aside.
    Heat 1 tablespoon oil in frypan and make Egg Pancakes.*
    Chop Egg Pancakes into thin strips and set aside.
