Sausage Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. coarsely shredded cabbage
    1 small onion, sliced
    3 celery ribs, diagonally sliced
    4 to 5 pieces cooked link sausage (about 1 lb.), sliced in rings
    1 c. V-8 juice
    2 c. weak beef broth (made with bouillon cubes)
    1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    pepper
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. sesame oil
Preparation
    Heat a wok or large pot until hot.
    Add a small amount of oil to coat bottom.
    When oil is hot, add cabbage, onion and celery and stir-fry until it is about half done.
    Add sausage rings and continue stirring over high heat until sausage is heated through. Add V-8 juice, beef broth, soy sauce and pepper.
    Cook until heated.
    Thicken with cornstarch and a little of the reserved beef broth.
    Heat through.
    Add sesame oil just before serving.
    Serve over hot, fluffy rice.
