Wiener Schnitzel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 well-beaten veal cutlets
    4 slices Gruyere cheese
    1/3 c. butter
    1 tsp. grated cheese
    bread crumbs
    lemon juice
    salt and pepper
    flour
    1 beaten egg
Preparation
    Sprinkle veal with lemon juice, salt, pepper and grated cheese.
    Let sit for 5 minutes.
    Then roll in flour, egg and breadcrumbs.
    Fry on one side in hot butter.
    Turn.
    Reduce heat. Place cheese slice on each cutlet.
    Slowly fry other side.
    Serve with crisp salad.
