Pesto Chicken Linguine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. torn fresh spinach
    1/2 c. snipped parsley
    1/4 c. chicken broth
    1 egg yolk
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. dried basil, crushed
    1 clove garlic
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 whole medium chicken breasts, skinned, halved lengthwise, boned and cut into julienne strips
    2 medium tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
    4 oz. linguine or spaghetti
Preparation
    For pesto sauce, in blender or food processor container, combine spinach, parsley, chicken broth, egg yolk, Parmesan cheese, basil and garlic.
    Cover and blend until mixture is pureed.
    Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
    Keep hot.
