Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. green pepper, finely chopped
    2 small cans mushrooms, sliced
    2 small cans tuna, drained
    1 tomato, chopped, peeled and drained
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. noodles, cooked
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    In a small skillet, melt margarine and saute onion, green pepper and mushrooms, stirring often, until tender (about 5 minutes).
    Stir together with next 6 items.
    Add noodles, mixing well.
    Turn into a greased 2-quart casserole.
    Top with cheese and bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
