Microwave Tomato Jalapeno Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. process American cheese, cubed
    1 (1 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes and jalapeno peppers, drained
    1 (5.3 oz.) can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in 2-quart glass measure or microproof bowl.
    Cook 5 to 7 minutes on High, or until cheese is melted, stirring once during cooking time.
    Blend thoroughly with electric mixer.
    Pour into serving bowl.
    Serve with corn chips or dipping-style potato chips or raw, fresh vegetables.
    Makes about 4 cups.
    Total cooking time: 5 to 7 minutes.
