Mignonette Of Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/2 c. dry red wine
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    2 lb. sirloin beef
    vegetables of choice
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well, except beef and vegetables, then add the beef, cut into 1 1/2 to 2-inch cubes.
    Refrigerate at least 5 hours or overnight.
    Alternate meat and vegetables of your choice on skewer.
    Broil about 20 minutes, brushing with sauce occasionally.
