Pineapple Raisin Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 egg
    3/4 c. pineapple juice
    1 tsp. grated orange peel
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Beat sugar and margarine until fluffy.
    Beat in egg, juice and orange peel.
    Combine remaining ingredients; stirring until blended.
    Spoon batter into greased muffin pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Serve warm.
